Construction Management Methodology

Appointing HTPS as Construciton Managers of your project allows the project to be broken down into trade elements and supply items - making it possible for the project to be tendered as separate work packages.  This option of using several different contractors and suppliers (instead of one single head contractor) enables the client to have greater control of the project and potentially greater cost savings.

There is no head contractor in this method of project delivery and the Construction Manager arranges for the provision of site staff and other attendant labour as well as all site establishment and associated facilities.

This approach is typically used when there is a potential to “fast track” the construction works in accordance with a redevelopment programme of funding commitments.
